Overview

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Water Resources Division (WRD), Michigan Coastal Management Program (MCMP) is seeking projects to submit to a federal funding competition made available through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Public Law 117-58. The funding competition is being administered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for Land Conservation or Coastal Habitat Restoration projects. This funding is intended to support projects that protect or restore ecologically significant habitats that play a critical role in helping communities become more resilient to coastal hazards and the impacts of climate change.
