Overview

The Growth Opportunities program is launching its latest Rounds 4 and 5 funding opportunities. This grant program aims at empowering the justice-involved youth and young adults by readying them for the professional world and providing them equal chances at career enhancement. Guiding them through paid work experiences, this program fosters self-development and offers a comprehensive training structure that includes occupational training in industries that have a high demand, leadership cultivation, mentorship, and assistance in securing non-subsidized employment and/or further education.

A grand total of approximately $85 million is slated to be distributed amongst an estimated 28 grants during these two rounds of the program.
