Overview
The endowed Evaluation and Coordinating Center will support the LHS E-STaR centers through numerous tasks. One of which is to enable communication activities among the recipients as well as between them. Additionally, this Center will be responsible for the distribution, implementation, and promotion of the outputs of the LHS E-STaR. This will ensure that they are widely used for improving the health system.
Also, the Center is expected to assess the performance of the LHS E-STaR Centers over multiple years using a variety of evaluation methods (mixed-method formative and summative evaluation). This comprehensive evaluation aims to track the development and impact of these centers over time.
