Overview
This grant, the Ethical, Legal and Social Implications (ELSI) Research (R01 Clinical Trial Optional) grant, invites researchers to submit project applications that examine the ethical, legal, and social implications of human genetics and genomics. The grant encourages the use of a variety of methods, including single or mixed-method approaches. Possible study methods could include empirical qualitative and quantitative methods, and conceptual, legal, and normative analyses. The grant organisers highly recommend direct stakeholder involvement where relevant. A crucial part of this grant application is the Plan for Enhancing Diverse Perspectives (PEDP). Applications that do not include a PEDP will not be considered for review.
