Overview

The U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau, brought forward by the Public Affairs Section (PAS), is welcoming proposals to establish programs with the intent of fostering stronger cultural connections between the United States and both Hong Kong and Macau. These attempts to strengthen international relationships will be achieved via cultural and exchange programming that emphasizes shared values and encourages cooperation between nations. It is compulsory for all proposed programs to involve some form of U.S. element or connection. This could involve collaborations with American professionals, organizations, or institutions who can contribute their expertise in a specific field. The purpose of these programs is to foster an enhanced understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives, whilst building enduring partnerships.
