FDA Support for Conferences and Scientific Meetings (R13 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

The FDA R13 Scientific Conference Grant Program offers financial support for high-quality conferences and scientific meetings that align with the FDA's mission. This program recognizes the importance of these events in relation to contributing to public health and to the FDA's goals. These events can take the form of symposiums, seminars, workshops, or any formal meeting—either in-person or virtual—in which information is exchanged on a specific subject, issue or area of concern that impacts public health within the scope of the FDA's mission. However, applying for this grant does not guarantee funding or funding at the level requested. Furthermore, no grant will be awarded unless it can be issued before the start date of the conference. Please note that this grant does not support clinical trials.
