Overview
The grant’s focus is to aid in the evolution of digital health test beds which take advantage of established digital mental health platforms. The primary intention of these test beds is to swiftly refine and optimize existing evidence-based digital health interventions. Additionally, it is also meant to conduct clinical trials to test the effectiveness of these digital mental health interventions.
The requirement for these clinical trials is to be statistically powered in a way that the results will offer a definitive answer about the intervention's effectiveness. In other words, the clinical trials ought to be designed in such a manner that they will provide clear and unequivocal evidence about whether or not the digitally based mental health intervention in question is effective.
