Disseminating and Implementing Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) Evidence into Practice through Interoperable Clinical Decision Support

This grant is for the implementation and dissemination of Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) evidence into clinical practice using Interoperable Clinical Decision Support (CDS). Applications for the R18 grant are being invited for this particular funding opportunity. The aim is to get projects that can extend CDS across different healthcare systems and technologies, such as varying electronic health records. Additionally, the projects should be able to share their experiences on how to achieve CDS scalability and interoperability. These projects are being sought by the AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality).
