Overview
The Systematic Testing of Radionuclides in Preclinical Experiments (STRIPE) grant program is designed to support research in pre-clinical stages that makes use of advanced methods in cancer biology. Specifically, the program aims to fund projects that explore how radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT) agents affect the biology of normal tissues, tumor cells, and the tumor microenvironment. The ideal proposal should lay out plans for testing theories on how RPT dynamically influences cancer biology processes. These ideas could potentially serve as the groundwork in creating new strategies and methods targeting cancer cells. The insights generated from the research funded by this grant will play a pivotal role in creating the basis and design for new clinical trials centered around RPT therapy. However, it's important to note that this program does not allow for any actual clinical trial.
