Overview

The New Directions in Hematology Research (SHINE-II) is a funding opportunity that encourages novel and innovative research in nonmalignant hematology. The goal of this grant is to guide the development of the field in new directions. This grant announcement seeks applications for research projects that concentrate on a single specific objective.

These research projects should aim to provide proof of innovative concepts and new approaches. The research should be able to be conducted and completed within a period of 1 to 3 years. Ideal projects will put forward exciting new ideas and methods that have the potential to open new avenues for scientific discovery in the field of nonmalignant hematology. Applications are welcome from researchers involved in both clinical trials and those that are not.
