Overview

The Cancer Immunoprevention Network (CIP-Net) has launched a research grant program titled "Research Projects (UG3/UH3 Clinical Trials Not Allowed)." This program is designed to support advancements in our understanding of immunoprevention, develop innovative immunoprevention strategies, and encourage the growth of a research community specializing in cancer immunoprevention.

The UG3/UH3 research projects funded under this program aim to enable the discovery of new immune pathways and immunoprevention mechanisms. They also encourage the exploration of new vaccine or immunomodulatory targets or agents. Interested applicants must submit a single application for both the UG3 and UH3 phases. The successful completion of the UG3 phase milestones is a prerequisite for moving on to the UH3 phase. Once the UG3 phase is successfully completed and administratively reviewed, the UH3 phase may commence and continue, assuming that all objectives are being met.
