Overview
The purpose of this program is to provide one-time grant funding through the Michigan Opioid Healing and Recovery Fund to expand or increase the availability of transportation services for individuals seeking or receiving substance use disorder (SUD) treatment or recovery services. It is a priority of MDHHS to reduce health disparities in overdoses and SUD treatment and recovery services. Grants are intended to encourage treatment and recovery service access and retention by serving target communities and underserved populations in need of services and support.
