Redevelopment Ready Communitiestechnical Assistance Match Funding

The Redevelopment Ready Communities (RRC) Technical Assistance Match Funding is designed to provide funding support for projects needed to advance a community toward or maintain RRC designation. Eligible applicants must hold formal RRC engagement for at least one year, have a Community Snapshot, maintain consistent communication with Community Planners, and show consistent progress on unaligned RRC Best Practice criteria over the past six months. Eligible projects include professional services for items identified as unaligned in the community's RRC Community Snapshot, such as comprehensive community planning, downtown/corridor planning, capital improvements planning, zoning ordinance updates, economic development strategies, and community marketing and branding plans. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with decisions issued weekly on Mondays. Completed request forms must be submitted for team review at least two business days prior to that Monday.
