Statewide Coaching Support System for 21st Century Community Learning Centers

The Statewide Coaching Support System for 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant supports Michigan's Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program authorized under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015. The goal of the program is to provide a statewide system of coaching, training, and technical assistance to support high-quality out-of-school time programming across Michigan. Eligible applicants and project activities must align with federal Title IV, Part B statutory guidelines and Michigan Department of Education standards for out-of-school learning support. When open, applications are processed through the Michigan Department of Education electronic grant management systems; however, the application period for the current cycle is closed.
