Overview
The TMF programs goal is to better position communities to take advantage of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) DWSRF dollars for lead line replacement, which are available through Fiscal Year 2027. Water Infrastructure Grants provide funding to counties, cities, villages, townships, authorities, and other public entities to help public water systems address critical environmental and public health concerns and improve water quality. The Grants Unit manages projects that meet programmatic and legislative eligibility and are supported through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), the American Rescue Plan (ARP), and allocations from the State's budget. Note: This program is currently inactive and no longer accepting applications.
