Overview

The Community Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF) Support for Lead Line Replacement program's goal is to better position communities to take advantage of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) DWSRF dollars for lead line replacement, which are available through Fiscal Year 2027. Water Infrastructure Grants provide funding to counties, cities, villages, townships, authorities, and other public entities to help public water systems address critical environmental and public health concerns and improve water quality. Note: This program is currently listed as inactive and is no longer accepting applications.
