Overview
The Reconnect Enroll with Momentum Grants support strategies that increase college enrollment among current and potential Reconnect applicants by addressing barriers that prevent adults from starting, renewing, or persisting in their postsecondary education. Eligible applicants include community colleges and Tribal colleges in partnership with county governments. Projects must identify current barriers to adult enrollment and propose strategies and activities to resolve those barriers and increase adult enrollment, persistence, and completion, with an emphasis on Reconnect applicants. Applications must be submitted via email using the Application Form to MiLEAP-OHE-GrantsApply@michigan.gov.
