Overview

The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Workforce Development (LEO-WD) is seeking qualified providers for the 23+ Program (FY26). The program assists adults 23 years of age or older with obtaining a high school diploma and placement in career training programs.

Eligible applicants include public, nonprofit, or private accredited diploma-granting institutions that have at least two years of experience providing dropout recovery services in Michigan.

To be considered for Fiscal Year 2026 funding, applications must be completed in full and submitted via email to LEO-AdultEd@michigan.gov by the deadline. Applications must follow the provided format and be submitted as either a Microsoft Word document or a PDF.
