Overview
The Per Pupil Mental Health and School Safety Grant (Section 31aa(2)) provides per-pupil funding to eligible recipients to support student mental health and improve school safety. Eligible recipients can opt in and agree to the legislative requirements through the Grant Electronic Monitoring System/Michigan Administrative Review System (GEMS/MARS) via MiLogin. The application period opens no later than October 27, 2025, and closes on December 4, 2025. Funds will be disbursed no later than December 31, 2025.
