Realizing Opportunity with Broadband Infrastructure Networks (ROBIN) Grant Program

The Realizing Opportunity with Broadband Infrastructure Networks (ROBIN) Grant Program is a high-speed internet last mile and middle mile infrastructure competitive grant program. Its goal is to provide funds for the expansion of broadband infrastructure to unserved areas, making measurable progress in closing the digital divide and enhancing quality of life across the state. Eligible applicants include internet service providers and public-private partnerships. Eligible projects must expand broadband infrastructure to unserved areas and build a minimum of 100/100 Mbps service to homes, businesses, and institutions. The application process is a competitive grant program (currently closed with awards already distributed).
