Consultation Education and Training (CET) Grants

The Consultation Education and Training (CET) Grant Program aims to increase the number of employers and employees receiving occupational safety and health education, training, and prevention services. The program focuses on small establishments (fewer than 100 employees) and K-12 establishments, encouraging alternative strategies and providers for these services. Eligible applicants are limited to nonprofit organizations with a 501(c)(3) status, including management/employer groups, labor/employee organizations, universities, hospitals, and service organizations. Projects must provide training activities (such as presentations, seminars, or courses) or service activities (such as technical assistance or disseminating information). Priority is given to projects serving targeted industries with high injury incidence rates. To apply, applicants must submit one hard copy and one electronic copy of their complete proposal, including a narrative, budget, and required tables, to the MIOSHA Grant Administrator by the specified deadline.
