Overview

This funding supports efforts to build and strengthen community partnerships that expand access to postsecondary learning pathways. Community and Tribal colleges are invited to submit one application for projects that will utilize funds from one or both of the relevant funding sources (Reconnect Entry Point Collaboratives; College and Career Navigation). Successful grants will have robust partnership from county government and other community-based partners, with demonstrated engagement of those partners at the leadership, strategy, and implementation levels. Regranting to community partners is expected. Reconnect Entry Point Collaboratives support county-wide or regional efforts to increase college enrollment, with a critical focus on growing adult enrollment target Reconnect conversion. College and Career Navigators support navigators connected to a county or regional collaborative effort pursuing a local educational attainment goal. Applications are currently closed, with new application dates to be announced later in 2025.
